What we recognize here in Tulum is that most residential choices are stacked large multiple level apartment complexes. They are noisy, lack privacy, and do not offer what clients want in a relaxing vacation experience. That's why we designed Tango Blue stand-alone one-bedroom houses (we have two- and three-bedroom options for our adjacent lot). Each house includes its own private gardens, pool, patios, and Jacuzzi. Each one is a stand-alone building separate from the adjacent unit, insuring a quiet relaxing experience.
Now more than ever, clients want to enjoy their own personal sanctuary, complete with private entryways, gardens, patios, and private pool.
Currently one of our houses is being rented on Airbnb, bringing in 220-250 per night, with a 5-star rating. It's clear from the customers comments posted are encouraging and proving out that our small house model is successful.
Our location, in La Veleta, next to Calle 7 is now a highly desirable area. Several downtown restaurants are now moving satellite restaurants in our area. It offers a nice blend of urban amities, with a bit tropical landscape.
Another benefit of our property is that most of our adjacent properties are developed with small, low-profile structures. This protects your investment from by large unattractive developments boxing in your property.
Our challenge was to create small homes next to each other, yet has a real sense of privacy. To construct a sense of separate living yet gives you an open feeling. We achieve our goal by decreased density of houses and creating soft walls or boundaries that looks visually open yet simultaneously offers privacy and security.
To bring our concept to light, we first started with a great team. We feel a great team is necessary to create the vision we have, this includes our architect Jose Edeza who has a master’s degree in sustainable architecture and our builder Jesus Pino, very experience in construction practices that uses modern building technology in sustainable buildings. And special thanks to Patricia Meehan, restoration archeologist who advises us on everything related to the mayan culture and the Tulum region.

Private rooftop patio Your own private rooftop space. Watching the beautiful sunsets or just relaxing feeling the extra breeze 20 feet in the air! You may want to add a rooftop Jacuzzi an option many incorporate. Then you have three more; one patio on the second floor and two more, front and back on the main level. Private patios extend your living spaces beyond your interior home. Tulum is best to connect to the outside environment. Enjoying the nature of your backyard yet all within your own private areas.
Low density. There are two homes on one of our lots. This not the typical model of high-density condos here in Tulum. However we believe personal space so necessary to peace and tranquil living.
Private cooling pools. Each building will have its own private cooling pool. A quick dip after a hot day will rejuvenate you, enhancing the quality of your living here.
Great location. You are 15-minute walk from the center of town and 3 miles from the beach.
Quality. We are using excellent finishes on the walls, high quality pumps, plumbing, electrical. Concrete counters
Here is a Shaman is performing a ceremony, on our land asking permission from the ancient Mayans for us to work their land with good intentions. We respect this ancient tradition way to begin with good energy from the very beginning.
If your doing one of the new constructions, we invite you to be apart of the ceremony!
